This is an original pleinair painting I did of an inviting park bench under the bright autumn colours of a maple tree at Parc Lafontaine.. The weather was moody, the parc was quiet; I could feel that it might rain any moment. Even as I sat painting this from a picnic table, I longed to go and sit on the bench. In the end I decided the view might not be quite as pretty. This painting is for someone who loves the fall season, and a calm and peaceful mood. Ideal artwork for any living or working space.

Watercolour, 5 x 7" with professional light-fast pigments on 100% cotton paper. The painting is signed by me, JC Little, on the front and has the title and date on the back. I will include a certificate of authenticity with this painting. It will be packaged with an archival sleeve, a stiff cardboard backing and a bubble wrap envelope to protect it. To avoid waste, where ever possible I will re-use mailers and other packaging materials. It’s recommended to frame it behind glass, with an acid-free matte, to preserve the painting from deterioration. Display away from direct sunlight.
